International shipping surcharge
Search by product and route or sea route. The rates below are reference surcharges, which need to be confirmed for actual shipments.
Note before looking up
Reference table from the surcharge list dated 16/03/2026. Unit price in VND; Units for each line: kg, package, piece, box or shipment.
Listing does not include all items. High value goods or special cases are inspected separately. Gia Phu notifies additional surcharges and requires customers to confirm before exporting.
If the customer does not agree to the surcharge and requests to withdraw the goods, there may be a withdrawal fee and flight fee due to the measured load difference. According to the conditions in the list, Gia Phu does not resolve complaints for fees incurred in this case.
Surcharge for difficult goods to handle export conditions, not commitment to customs clearance in the destination country. Cases of destruction or loss apply compensation clause.
When sending goods, it is necessary to notify in advance the bill of lading number containing surcharge items. The surcharge level is not fixed; Send item name, quantity, weight and route for confirmation.

Sea freight surcharges – SEA
Many sea freight charges are based on the entire weight of the package or lot, not just the surcharge. For example, a 30 kg package with 10 kg of surcharges can still be calculated as over 30 kg. See specific range in each line.
